No cost refinance, No Fees, No points, Lowest rates

Every advertisement is saying this. From the "nation's largest lender" to the private money guy. Folks, there is NO FREE LUNCH. Even the U.S. Postal Service is raising the cost of a First Class stamp to 0.42 cents in May. Seems like it just went from 40 cents last week. So, if postage is going up, transportation costs increasing, cost of energy increasing, cost of goods going up... everyone will have to spend more on every thing as the wholesalers and retailers WILL have to raise the cost of goods sold to compensate for the higher cost and maintain a profit margin. So, in a No Cost mortgage transaction, YOU do pay...it's just burried in a higher interest rate to you. It always has been and there always will be a cost to you to borrow money. Just know how much, where it is, and how you can leverage it to your advantage. Call me to lay it out in common sense and financial sense to you. I am the bridge between your goals and accomplishments. Pat Townsley, YOUR Mortgage Broker. Serving ALL of California. Based in Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco Counties, with branches in San Diego, Santa Barbara and Bend, Oregon (hmmm.. that's outside of California last time I checked). Hawaii too. http://www.ptre.net/
